Project | 01 SBDC Online Orientation Course
The SBDC had always done an in-person all day Orientation for new staff members, but it had become increasingly difficult to get scheduled and allocate staff for the day. The decision was made to put the content into an online course that staff can review when they first start their jobs. I created the design document underpinned by Constructivist theory, and added learning activities to meet the learning objectives required to meet competencies.

I led the strategic planning process for the Maryland SBDC for the 2022-2027 strategic planning process using the VMOSA method (Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies, and Action Plans). I also managed its implementation and dashboard on the organization's intranet.

Interactive powerpoint
There is an open source module at Carnegie-Mellon and Center for Evidence Based Management. I used the module to create an interactive powerpoint to give students a better option than just reading the information.
